Chef Alvin was very responsive via TakeAChef even before I booked him and that was important to me. After I booked, he was quick to answer my questions and recommend wine pairings with each course. He showed up early and then I really didn't have to do a thing. They were on autopilot doing what they do best, cool to watch, but they took care of everything and I was able to host and relax. The food presentation was delectable. Portion size was perfect...I was scared I wouldn't make it through 8 courses, but we did!! The clean up was pretty amazing...it almost didn't look like I had a party. The dishes, flatware, stove, and countertops were shining. Thank you Liz
